This project is situated in the University District Urban Village, just a short walk from the University of Washington campus and the University Village shopping center. The building will offer 69 small efficiency dwelling units for students, along with amenities like a fitness room, outdoor patio, rooftop deck, and bike parking. The design reflects traditional architecture and the classic boulevard style of 17th Avenue, featuring pitched roofs with dormers and a large entry court to harmonize with the surrounding environment.
