This project makes use of site improvements that were originally built out for a completely different development that was abandoned. That layout suggested the quantity, positioning and design of buildings that make up this project. The site plan incorporates ample outdoor amenity spaces and the buildings incorporate a number of larger units making for an excellent built environment for families. The signature design element that separates the project from the neighboring multi-family residential development is a vaulted shed canopy which incorporates oversized structural elements that creates an unmistakable entry point within the otherwise nondescript suburban environment in which the site is located.
