Salary Range: $82,000 - $110,000 based on experience.

- 8 years’ experience in the design and production of construction documents for multi-family and mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in Revit; 8 years of experience required.
- Proficiency with how the IBC, IRC and accessibility codes apply to multi-family projects.
- Experience in applying jurisdiction zoning code requirements to project designs.
- Experience in managing the work of project team consultants.
- Construction contract administration experience
- Competence in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign).
- Familiarity with Enscape, Lumion, and other rendering and VR platforms is a plus.
- Experience with MS Office and related programs.
- Bachelor or Masters of Architecture professional degree from an NAAB accredited university preferred.
