| Puyallup Senior Estates is located on a challenging 14.36 acre site. The site is developed around a combination of steep slopes and wetlands in the South Hill area of Puyallup Washington. The wetlands provide terrific natural views for many of the units. The development includes a main building which houses 145 living units along with a common area for community activities. In addition to the main building, there will eventually be 43 cottage units (initial development will be comprised of 14 cottage units) arranged in either duplex or triplex configurations. |
