Completed Projects: Harrington Square
This two hundred and seventeen unit apartment structure is the first urban development structure in this part of the Renton Highlands area. It is surrounded by suburban scale homes and commercial develpments, adjacent to such businesses as Safeway, KFC, Tully's, and other major and local businesses. The design of the building takes into consideration the surrounding suburban developments by breaking up the massing of the structures, to help bring this six story structure down in scale. The implimentations of familiar architectural elements, materials, and the use of comfortable and contrasting colors help this building to fit right in, in the Renton Highlands.

The Metropolitan Place is a mixed-use urban infill development that provides rental housing, street front commercial space, and a King County Metro transit center parking garage all in one integrated facility. It is the winner of the Vision 2020 award given by king county as an example of public and private organizations working together.

This project at the intersection of Casino Road and 5th Avenue West in Everett Washington is a mixed-use building with a convenience store/gas station and other retail uses at the street level and apartment units above.

Completed Projects: 1922 Aurora
1922 Aurora is a mixed-use sixty nine condominium unit urban infill development on the East slope of Queen Anne Hill between Aurora Avenue and Dexter Avenue. It is one of the first to take advantage of Seattle's new Live/Work ordinance. This project has spectacular views of Lake Union and the Seattle skyline.

The Ridgemont is a mixed-use building located in the Greenwood area of Seattle. The site slopes to the East providing views of Greenlake and beyond to the Cascades. Twenty condominium flats are located within the four story building provided with basement level parking.
