| The Ridgemont is a mixed-use building located in the Greenwood area of Seattle. The site slopes to the East providing views of Greenlake and beyond to the Cascades. Twenty condominium flats are located within the four story building. The primary entrance is at the corner of Greenwood Avenue North and North 78th Street under the Ridgemont marquee which is reminiscent to the Old Ridgemont Theatre that previously occupied the site. The 2403 SF of commercial space at the base of the building on Greenwood is faced with red brick which relates to the older established context along Greenwood Avenue. Parking for the building is provided at a basement level accessed off of North 78th Street. |
