| The Gateway Site is an 8.5 acre site located near the University of Washington Bothell Campus that includes four phases of construction. When fully built out, the site will have 450 apartment units, 52,000 sf of commercial space, and parking for nearly 1,000 vehicles in both structured and surface parking. Phase 1A is a mixed-use structure with 146 apartment units, two levels of structured parking, and a small commercial/retail space. Phase 1B is a multi-family structure with 146 apartment units and two levels of structured parking. Phase 2A is a 38,000 sf commercial/retail/office structure with 1 level of structured parking and surface parking at the second level. Phase 2B is a mixed-use structure with 158 apartment units, 12,000 sf of commercial/retail space and two level of structured parking. All of the residential projects include common space amenities, and private open spaces. The site incorporates pedestrian circulation to neighborhoods to the West, a public park to the North, and public open space for outdoor activities.
