Traditional two-story design with four bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms, game room, media room and three car garage.  Total home area is 3,616 s.f. Panoramic views on the shores of Lake Sammamish from all major rooms.
 
The Jobe family requested a design that contained both formal and informal areas that meet their lifestyle.  This design accomplished that request by providing a design that contains a formal Great Room concept with Master Suite on their main level.  The upper level contains three more bedrooms, their game area, media room and additional laundry area.  Both levels contain sundecks that allow exposure to Lake Sammamish.  The owners have lived in this design since 2002 and have stated multiple times “if I would have known what we could be enjoying in a home of this design we would have done it twenty years ago”.
