Located on American Lake within the Tacoma Country & Golf Club this project involved the renovation of a 2,400 square foot townhome unit originally built in the 80’s to create an open concept living arrangement.  The kitchen in the original plan was tucked away from the main living area and removed from the view.  The renovation brought all of the main living space together and orientated those spaces towards the lake.  Additionally the primary suite was completely reimagined to create a contemporary layout of bathroom fixtures and finishes.
