Architectural Designer — Multifamily & Mixed-Use

Veer Architecture is a full-service architectural studio in downtown Bellevue specializing in multifamily and mixed-use projects throughout the Puget Sound region. We are small enough that you will work directly with firm principals—and busy enough that you will see your work progress from design through permitting and construction.
This position is ideal for a designer with few years of production experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility and play a more active role in design and project delivery.

The salary range for this position is $65,000–$75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

This position is ideal for a designer with few years of production experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility and play a more active role in design and project delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Develop design and construction documents in Revit
- Support projects from schematic design through permitting and construction administration
- Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to keep models and drawing sets accurate and aligned
- Prepare design studies, presentation materials, and visualizations for client and jurisdictional meetings.
- Three or more years of professional architectural experience
- Strong Revit skills and experience producing coordinated construction documents
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Bluebeam
- Experience with Enscape, Lumion, or a comparable rendering platform
- Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Degree in architecture, architectural design, or a related field
- Experience with multifamily or mixed-use projects, particularly Type V construction
- Familiarity with Washington State building and energy codes and local permitting processes
- Interest in pursuing architectural licensure – we will support your professional development
The salary range for this position is $65,000–$75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
