The Core 83 apartments project is located in downtown Redmond. The site is located on the North side of NE 83rd street between 165th Ave NE and 166th Ave NE. The building will consist of 4 stories of apartments built over two levels of below grade parking. Set in an overlay district with design requirements in place to encourage smaller scale development the 120 unit building was designed to appear as three separate buildings with detailing to break down the scale of the project.
