Evergreen Pointe is located across from Evergreen Park, adjacent to Smith Cove in Bremerton, Washington. This project consists of two separate buildings designed to reflect the unique configurations of their site, and relate to the traditional maritime characteristics of Bremerton. The pair of pointed prows sharply contrast the rounded turrets at the forefront of each building.
