Heron Watch was the first phase and Osprey Landing the second phase of a two phase 12 unit beach front condominium development. The 6 residential flats in each building have waterfront views to Alki Beach and Northwest to the Puget Sound. The exterior design is reminiscent of the East Coast shingle style with natural cedar shingles, broad white trim and metal roofs. Parking is in a below building secured garage.
