Rivers Edge is located in the Snoqualmie Valley in a rural setting within the small community of Carnation. This 24 unit project is located near an entrance point to the Tolt River - John MacDonald Park, a large park at the confluence of the Snoqualmie and Tolt rivers. The three story building consists of stacked flats accessed from two breezeways. Because the project is located within a flood plain the elevation of the first level of the building had to be set to be above the 100 year flood level.
