Union View

The Union View project is located in the Wallingford area of Seattle at the intersection of Stone Way North and North 39th Street. With street level commercial space and six levels of residential units above, this prominent project adds to the street-level experience for those passing by and provides views of Lake Union and downtown Seattle for its residents above. The project takes advantage of an increase in the allowable building height by participating in Seattle’s mandatory housing affordability program. The massing of the project wraps around a hold-out parcel which provides an opportunity to bring light into the center of the building.
