Woodbury Crossing Lot 105 is located within the master planned community of Woodbury Crossing in Olympia Washington. This project consists of six, two story buildings with 8 units in each building. Because the Woodbury Crossing planned unit development consists largely of single family homes this project was designed to fit in with the smaller residential scale of that type of development. The buildings have a great deal of modulation and are positioned adjacent to the surrounding street frontage with parking located behind in order to hide the surface parking associated with this suburban style of multi-family development.
